THE STORE USE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Effective date: August 13, 2026

Welcome to isaacstratosys.shop. The store is operated by ISAAC STRATOSYS SOFTWARE LLC.

These terms form an agreement between you and ISAAC STRATOSYS SOFTWARE LLC whenever you browse the store, create an account, submit information, or place an order.

Our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of this agreement.

  1. A STORE FOR LAWFUL SHOPPING

You may use the store only for lawful personal shopping and only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use store content for unauthorized commercial activity.

  1. WHAT YOU SEE ON THE SCREEN

We work to present products accurately, including their appearance, dimensions, materials, and functions.

Screen settings, lighting, measurement methods, manufacturing tolerances, and product updates may create minor differences. A slight non-material variation is not necessarily a defect.

Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, products sold through the store are ordinary consumer goods, not medical devices. Product information is not medical or professional advice.

  1. PRICING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the final order total appear during checkout when applicable.

Inventory, promotions, descriptions, and prices may change. We may correct an obvious error, limit quantities, discontinue an item, or reject an order when reasonably necessary.

If we cancel an order after successfully collecting payment, we will return the appropriate amount to the original payment method.

  1. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ORDER

Clicking the final purchase button submits an offer to buy. An automatic confirmation means we received the order; it does not prevent us from reviewing fraud, inventory, address, price, or payment issues.

You are responsible for checking product selection, quantity, delivery address, contact information, and payment information before completing checkout.

We may contact you when information requires confirmation. Failure to respond can delay or prevent fulfillment.

  1. PAYMENTS

By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and authorize the order total to be processed.

Shopify and authorized financial providers process payments under their own security, privacy, and service terms.

  1. GETTING THE ORDER TO YOU

Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, processing, tracking, delays, and delivery issues.

Our 30-Day Return Policy explains return eligibility, hygiene-sensitive products, damaged goods, cancellations, and refunds.

  1. OWNERSHIP OF STORE CONTENT

The store’s original text, visual presentation, product photography, graphics, logos, and other creative materials belong to ISAAC STRATOSYS SOFTWARE LLC or are used with permission.

Personal shopping does not transfer ownership of that content. Unauthorized copying, scraping, republication, sale, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

  1. CONTENT YOU CHOOSE TO SHARE

If you submit a review, image, idea, or comment, you confirm that it is lawful, truthful, and yours to share.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to reproduce, adapt, and display that submission for store operation and promotion. This permission does not override applicable privacy law.

  1. SERVICES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Our store may connect to Shopify, carriers, payment providers, social networks, and other third parties. Their services may have independent terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems or content outside our reasonable control.

  1. FAIR LIMITS ON RESPONSIBILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses caused by use of the store or a product.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. CLAIMS CAUSED BY MISUSE

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for qualifying third-party claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the store, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

  1. IF ONE SECTION DOES NOT WORK

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without removing mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.

  1. FUTURE UPDATES

We may revise these terms to reflect store, operational, or legal changes. A new version applies from the effective date displayed with it and does not retroactively rewrite a completed purchase unless the law requires otherwise.
